Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was shopping with 2 kids and one of the managers even came to change the TV from football to cartoons for them. Great prices and a great selection of shoes!

Needed to take a pair of tennis shoes in to exchange them for a smaller size. The employees were so helpful and accommodating. The transaction couldn't have gone any smoother!

I just received the absolute best customer service I have EVER received in my life at The Shoe Dept. In Muskogee. I can't really give complete credit to one individual because two gentlemen actually assisted me. Although one gentleman did tell me these shoes would change my life and...let me tell you they have made my feet feel better since the second I slipped them on. Thank you so much gentlemen for all of your excellent customer service.

I’d like to give a shout-out to salesperson John Logan at the Shoe Dept. After I purchased my cute sandals (comfortable AND on sale!) John asked if I’d like to become a Shoe Dept Loyalty Member, and further explained what the perks are. When I asked if it was a new program they’d implemented, I was told it’d been in effect “for a while.” What? “For a while”? Who knew? He was the first person to ever mention it!
